This programme is established to support independence, self-sufficiency and appropriate personality of youths living in Navotas. The associated activities of the programme include the operation of  “vocational training centre” for teaching various vocational skills such as motor vehicle maintenance, welding, home appliance repair, hairdressing and beauty skills, etc.
